.The chat will be deleted along with its settings and dialogues without the possibility of recovery.
To quickly find the desired chat, enter the full or partial name of the chat in the search field located above the chat list. The search results will be displayed automatically. To reset the search, click on the
in the search field.
You can sort the chat list by their names: in ascending or descending alphabetical order. To change the sorting order, click on the
in the Name column. By default, chats are sorted by name in ascending alphabetical order.
Copying the identifier can be useful, for example, for providing it to technical support.
To copy the chat identifier, hover over the chat row and click on the
icon.
The identifier will then be copied to the clipboard on your computer.
To proceed with chat integration, do the following:
Hover over the row of the desired chat.
Click on
.
Click Integration. The chat settings page will open, where you can configure the chat connection to other services.
Perform the integration with the necessary service:
Click Save after configuring the desired integration.

To switch to chat dialogs (chat sessions) click on any place in the chat line, apart from other buttons.
