With the send task, you can send notifications to customers on WhatsApp using a pre-prepared file. This method is suitable for mass mailings when you need to use approved WhatsApp Business templates.
Create an Information block or a Question block right after the Settings block.
Specify the text of the block; it will not be displayed to the user.
Go to the Actions tab.
Select the Attach WhatsApp template action.
Fill in the fields:
Template ID — enter the namespace obtained in your 360dialog account.
Template name — enter the template name obtained in your 360dialog account.
3. (Optional) Button label — enter any text; it will not be displayed to the customer, but is required.
4. Buttons type — select the desired type. If buttons are not used in the template, select the Quick reply option.
Save the script.
Prepare the file through which the notifications will be sent. To do this, follow these steps:
If your template uses variables, follow these steps to fill them in:
