To use the WhatsApp Business API (WABA) connected through the 360dialog provider, you need to approve the message template. There are two ways to do this:
Go to your 360dialog personal account.
Log in via Facebook using the same account you used to register for WABA.
Open the WhatsApp Accounts section.
Go to the Manage templates section.
Click Add template in the upper right corner.
Fill in the template details.
Click Preview and Submit.
Click Submit template. The template has been sent for moderation. Once approved, its name can be used in TWIN.
Open the WhatsApp Accounts section.
Click Show details for the desired account.
Go to the Details tab.
Copy the value of the Namespace field — this is the namespace identifier.
