The Dialoges section is designed to teach an agent how to understand speech. Audio recordings of conversations are uploaded to it. The system recognizes speech and converts it into text, after which the intentions are highlighted in the text — the actions that the person wants to perform, and the entities — the data that he calls: name, address, order number, and others.
