Intentions — this is what the user wants to get when communicating with the bot. The purpose/meaning of his/her contacting the bot, what problem he/she wants to solve or what exactly he/she wants to learn.
Before you start creating intentions, read the training guidelines and follow these steps:
The name must be unique and contain only Latin letters, underscores and numbers.
The more intentions you add, the more accurately the robot can determine what customers want.
To change the parameters of an intention, click on the menu in the intention bar and make the desired changes.
Once you have created an intention, you need to fill it with training phrases that will be associated with it in the future. To do this, click in the Intent bar. This will open a window for adding phrases to the intention.
After filling the NLU agent with phrases, you need to train it. We recommend doing this every time after making any changes, as the more content it has, the longer the training takes. Only then can you use it in scripts.
To do this, click Train in the upper right corner.
Add words to the ignore list by clicking the Ignored by agent button in the upper right corner. The specified words will be ignored when defining an intent or entity, as if they were not in the phrase being defined.
Ignore does not apply to system entities.
It is possible to add words manually or list them from a file using the button
. To add manually, enter a word in the input field and click Add.
