Navigate to the Voice Bots section.
Open the Settings tab → Number Management.
Click Create a landline number or on
in the upper left corner. The Creating an incoming call rule window opens.
Make the following settings on the General tab:
Number name: enter a clear name for this number (e.g. Sales, Support).
Phone number: select the number that will receive incoming calls.
DID: enter the DID number if it is different from the main number.
DID (Direct Inward Dialing) is a direct number provided by your provider that allows you to call directly, bypassing an answering machine or menu.
DID matches number: enable if the DID number and the main phone number match.
Press +Add to customize the second and subsequent numbers in the incoming call rule. If necessary, delete the number by clicking
.
Comment: enter an explanation for the rule. It will be displayed in the list after creation.
Webhook Address: specify the URL to which webhooks will be sent on call events. To add multiple addresses click +Add, to delete click
.
Trunk: select a provider from the list, through which calls will be received.
Fill in the Connection Login, Connection password, AuthUser and Fromdomain fields using the details provided by the provider.
Force calls through this connection: enable if you want to always use this trunk for calls.
Select the Calling tab.
Activate the Direct incoming calls switch.
Select the desired incoming call handling scenario in the Bot field.
If no script is selected, the call to this number will be automatically terminated.
After saving, the selected bot will receive calls to the specified numbers.
