Working with call jobs (telephony setup) is done in the Voice Bots section on the Tasks tab.
For each task you can see:
- Name - the name that was assigned to the task when it was created. You can quickly identify the desired task in the list by its name.
- CPS - frequency with which calls are made; number of calls to clients per second. It is set at job creation in the Dialing intensity parameter.
- Candidates - the number of potential customers attached to the calling task that the bot calls. For more information, see the article Working with calls in a call task.
- Phone numbers - the number of customer numbers to be called. It can be equal to or greater than the number of candidates if multiple numbers are specified for them. For details on adding numbers, see the article Working with calls in a call task.
- Progress - percentage of task completion.
- Status - status of the call task execution.
- Start mode - the start mode selected for the call task. The following options are available:
- Manual - start the call manually at any time. Calls are started by the start button on the right side of the call task line.
- At a specified time - the system starts the call at the time you specify automatically. The date and time of the next call are indicated under the status.
- Created - date and time when the task was created.
- Updated - date and time when the last change to the job was created or made.
To quickly find the required task, use the following functions:
- Search for a job in the list.
- Sort the list of jobs.
- Filtering by the status of the task to call.
Use the search box above the list of assignments to find the assignment you are looking for. Enter the full job title or part of it. The search results are displayed automatically. To reset the search, clear the field manually or click
.
Sort the list of assignments by:
- Name - in forward or reverse alphabetical order;
- CPS - from highest value to lowest and vice versa;
- Status;
- Date the job was updated or created - from the latest to the earliest and vice versa.
By default, jobs are sorted by update date from the latest to the earliest.
Select a specific status in the drop-down list near the search field, then only call jobs with the specified status will be displayed. To reset the status, click on
in the filtering field.

- Select Edit.
- Click on
at the top of the page, next to the job title.
- Select Edit.
Editing is not available if the task is already in progress. After the call is completed, editing will become available again.
After opening the edit window, the calling task is configured using the same steps as when creating a task.

- Select Copy. This will open the Creating a call task window with the same settings as the original except for the name.
- Click on
at the top of the page, next to the job title.
- Select Copy. This will open the Creating a call task window with the same settings as the original except for the name.
After copying, the calling task is configured in the same way as when created.
Copying the ID can be useful, for example, to pass it to technical support.
To copy the ID of a call job:

at the top of the page, next to the task title.
The ID will then be copied to the clipboard on your computer.
To start calls manually, use the start button on the right side of the call job line. You must start those calls that have Start Mode set to Manual, as well as restart unsuccessful calls that have been restarted in jobs.
You can start a call job only when added candidates for call. If there are no candidates, the button will be inactive.
You can switch to the calls of a call task by clicking on any place in the line of the call task (except other buttons). Detailed description of working with calls of a call task is given in the article Working with calls in a call task.
In the list of сalling task.On the сalling task page
- Place the cursor on the line of the call task.
- Click

- Select Delete.
- Click on
at the top of the page, next to the job title.
- Select Delete.
In the window that appears, confirm the deletion using the Delete button.
The call job will be deleted with its settings and calls with no possibility of recovery.
