The reseller company can copy the script:
- from one subordinate company to another subordinate company;
- from a reseller company to a subordinate company.
Subordinate companies cannot copy scripts from each other. Only a reseller company can copy scripts from one subordinate company to another.
ΒΆ Copying the script
- Go to the Bot Scripts section of the Administration block.
- Select the company from which you want to copy the script from the drop-down list.
- Click on
in the row of the desired bot. - Click Create a copy.
- Select the company from the list to which the script will be copied.
- Enter a name for the copy of the script that will be displayed in another company. When choosing titles, use simple and understandable words and phrases that will help you remember why you saved a copy of a particular state of the script. For example, "basic version of the script" or "script with a male voice".
- (Optional) Select the desired agent from the drop-down list if you have multiple agents. Available only for scenarios that have an NLU agent.
- (Optional) Select create a copy of the agent in the Action field.
- (Optional) Activate the switch to create a copy of all related scripts and agents. Available only for scenarios that specify Transfer to another bot in the Result.
- (Optional) Rename the copies of the linked scripts.
- Click Done.
