An AI Widget is a widget that ChatGPT automatically integrates into.
The widget includes:
- Widget name — displayed to the client and in the chat list.
- Introduction message — the first text the bot sends to the user.
- Company name — on whose behalf the dialog is being conducted.
- Frequently asked questions about the company — list of popular queries with answers.
- Products and prices information — description of services, products and their prices.
- Contact details — how to contact the company.
- Additional information — awards, certificates and other information.
- The language of the bot's communication — select the language in which the bot will respond to users.
- Transfer to operator — the ability to transfer the dialog to a human in case of complex requests.
