Fill in the fields:
Widget name: specify the name of the widget. The name will be displayed in the widget header to the client, as well as in the chat list.
Introduction message: enter the text of the message that the bot will send first in the dialog. For example: Hi, I'm a chat assistant for company N, how can I help you?.
Company name: enter the name of the company on behalf of which the bot will communicate with the client.
Frequently asked questions about the company: a list of the most popular customer questions. Copy the list of questions and answers from the company's website, or specify the questions and answers yourself.
Product and pricing information: List and describe all of your company's capabilities and products. Also include prices for products and services, and where to specify this information. For example: Neural Networking Preparatory Course. Cost - $100, duration - 12 hours. You can find out the prices for this and other courses by contacting the contact information.
Contact details — information on how to contact your company. Specify all possible contacts: phone number, mail, website, social networks, messengers, etc.
Additional information: specify any additional information that will allow customers to learn more about your company, such as awards, certificates, social achievements, etc.
The language of the bot's communication: select a language from the drop-down list. The bot will always respond to the user in the specified language.
(Optional) Transfer to operator: activate the switch to allow the bot to transfer messages to an operator. The translation will be performed if a person: asks for an operator, asks several off-topic questions in a row, uses profanity.
When the switch is activated:
Click the Save button.
Once an AI widget is created, a chatbot and its script are automatically created, the AI widget script cannot be edited.
Test the bot by clicking the Preview button in the Embed code for website block.
After creating the widget, click on
→ All chat widget setting to edit the settings.
The settings of the chat widget with AI are similar to those of a regular text bot, including integration, but bot selection and changing session lifetime are unavailable. For more information on chat settings, see Chat Settings.
To delete a widget, click on
→ Delete in the chat list.
