¶ Preparatory Steps
- Sign up in TWIN. If you already have an account, log in to your personal account.
- Go to the Users section.
¶ Create an account

Click
in the upper left corner. -
Fill in the following fields:
- Email - login email address.
- Name - username.
- Last Name - last name of the user.
- Role in Company: select one or more of the user's roles from the drop-down list.

Click Save.
The window with user data will close and an account will be created in the system.
The window with login and password of the new user will open. Copy the login and password using the 
button.
Also login and password of the user will be sent to the e-mail specified during creation.
¶ Editing parameters
- Hover over the row with the user account whose settings you plan to change.
- Click on the account line or on the button
. - Make changes to the settings in the window that opens.
- Click Save.
¶ Manage user account
¶ Sign in with your account
- Locate the account line for the desired user.
- Move the cursor over the line and click the
button. After clicking the button, you will be logged in as the selected user.
¶ Account Logout
- Locate the user's profile at the bottom of the side menu.
- Click the
button next to the user's name. After clicking the button, you will be logged out of the user's profile in the system return under your profile.
¶ Customizing notifications
Customizing user notifications is similar to customizing profile notifications. For more information on customizing notifications, see Profile Settings.
¶ Lock and Unlock
Hover over the user account you want to block and click 
→ Lock. In the window that opens, leave a comment about why you want to block the user and click Lock.
Unblocking a user is done in the same way.
¶ Deleting a user
Hover over the user account you want to delete and click → Delete. In the window that opens, confirm the deletion by clicking Delete. Unlike blocking, the action is irreversible.
