- Go to to the platform's personal account.
- Click on the user's name in the side menu. A window with account information will open.
- On the Personal Data tab, click Edit next to the avatar to add a profile photo.
- Click Upload or drag a photo from a folder on your computer.
- Change the area and size of the avatar by pulling on the corners of the image.
- Click Save.
- To change your personal data, fill in the fields:
- FULL NAME : Enter your last name, first name and patronymic. Click Edit to save the profile settings.
- Email: Specify a valid email address. Click Edit to save the profile settings.
Email is used to log in to your personal account. After making the change, the login will be carried out by a new email.
- Go to the platform's personal account.
- Click on the user's name in the side menu. A window with account information opens.
- Click Delete on the Personal Data tab next to the avatar to add a profile photo.
After deletion, the avatar will be deleted from your profile. You can add a new avatar by following the steps described above.
- Go to to the TWIN personal account.
- Click on the user's name in the side menu. A window with account information opens.
- On the Personal Data tab, click the Change Password button.
- Fill in the fields:
- Current password: Enter the current account password.
- New password: Set a new password for the account.
- Click Done.

On the tab Notifications Set up sending the following notifications:
- Send invoices to pay for using the TWIN platform services. Invoices are generated automatically by the system at the end of each month.
- Send reports on completed work.
- The reminder of the end of the credit limit is available to regular TWIN customers who have an approved credit limit. The possibility of providing a credit limit and its amount are determined individually for each client. If the company has been granted a credit limit, the system informs the user of the administrator's office about the negative balance on the company's account only after the amount of the credit limit has been spent.
- Send selected reports from the Reports section. Reports are generated automatically on the first of each month or manually at any time.
- Send notifications about system events: a change in the status of the company, completion of a call, or sending notifications.
¶ Changing the language and time zone
When the interface language is changed, the language in the Reports and Charts sections remains unchanged. To update the language for reports and charts, change the language in the company settings.
- Go to to the TWIN personal account.
- Click on the user's name in the side menu. A window with account information will open.
- Go to the tab Language and region.
- Select a language from the drop-down list. Russian and English are available. Russian is set by default.
- Select the time zone. The time in your personal account will be displayed in this time zone. UTC+0 is set by default.
