- Create script.
- Select Audio mode → Audio recordings in the starting-block settings under Speech.
- Select an appropriate voice for speech synthesis in the Voice Type field.
Variables and texts in blocks that do not have audio files attached will be voiced by speech synthesis. Therefore, it is important that the Voice for synthesis should be as similar as possible to the voice of the speaker in the audio recording, and the text should be free of spelling errors. If you use words in a foreign language - provide their transcription.
- Click the Uploading all texts button in the start block settings to unload phrases from the script blocks.
- Record audio with the phrases from the script. Refer to Voicing for recording guidelines.
To work correctly in telephony, audio files must meet the following requirements:
- Number of channels: mono (1 channel);
- Compression algorithm: uncompressed (or RSM);
- Sampling rate: 8 kHz;
- Sampling rate: 16 bits;
- Bitrate: 128 kbps;
- File format: .wav;
- File size: 56 KB to 20 MB.
- Start block:
- Files repeat phrases: the bot asks the customer to repeat their answer.
- Phrases asking you to say the next part of a large number (audio records): the bot asks to continue dictating a long number, such as a phone number or card number.
- Translation phrases for a specialist: the bot asks the customer to stay on the line when transferring the call to an operator. Appears only when Switch to a specialist is activated.
- Block Information: the bot gives information to the customer or asks him a question.
- Block Question: the bot asks the customer a question and listens to their answer. You can also add audio files with interrogation phrases in this block.
- Block Pause: the bot informs the client that it is ready to wait.
- Block Request: the bot asks the client to wait a bit while a request to the server is being made.
- Select the block to which you want to attach audio. Blocks that do not have audio files attached are highlighted in lilac.
- Click the Records tab in the block's settings.
- Click Add record.
- Click

- Select the audio file and press Open. The uploaded audio file will be attached to the block.
- Attach the audio files to the rest of the blocks in the same way.
- Click Save in the upper left corner.
If there is no audio file attached to the block, you will see a warning when you save the script. This is normal, because there are some blocks without a voiceover, such as the Question block. To check if there is a voiceover in all the blocks you need, focus on the lilac highlighting.
- (Optional) Confirm the save.
