- Go to personal account.
- Create bot script.

Go to Voice Bots → Settings → Hook Management.

Hover your cursor over the row of the desired script.

Click on
. This will open the hooks customization page:- URL: enter the link where the hooks will be sent.
- (Optional) Delay sending hook: Enter the delay time at which events for the The call is completed and The candidate's processing status has been updated webhooks will be sent. The value is specified in seconds.
- (Optional) Enable Intermediate call information to receive intermediate The call is completed hooks after each action in the call, otherwise only one final hook will be sent after settlement.
The option is available when the webhook The call is completed is selected.
- Events: select the webhooks you want to receive information about from the list. For the meaning and content of webhooks, see Webhook for calls and incoming calls.

Click Save in the lower left corner when the setting is complete.
