The schedule allows you to customize the days and times the call job will run.
The setting is based on the UTC+3 time zone (Moscow time).
- Go to the Voice bots section of personal account.
- Click the Schedule tab.
- Click Create a schedule or
in the upper right corner. The Creating a schedule window will open.
- Enter the name of the call job schedule in the Name field. You can use this name to define the schedule when creating a call task in the Task schedule field.
- Customize Schedule 1:
- Set up Opening hours. Move the sliders to select the desired time range to make the call.
- (Optional) Configure Break. Move the sliders to select the desired time range during which you do not want to make a call.
- Select the days of the week below the Break field that correspond to the specified time settings.
- (Optional) Click Add if you want to set a different time range for different days of the week than the one set in Schedule 1. The Schedule 2 customization fields will be displayed.
- (Optional) Set up Schedule 2. The steps for setting Schedule 2 are identical to the steps for setting Schedule 1.
- (Optional) Repeat step 6 if you want to customize the time range of the following days of the week. The Schedule 3/4/5/6/7 setting fields will be displayed. The steps for setting them are identical to the steps for setting Schedule 1.
- Click Save.
- Go to Voice Bots → Schedule. A page with a list of previously created schedules of call jobs will open.
- Hover over the desired schedule and click on it or on the
button in the schedule bar on the right. The Schedule editing window with parameters will open.
- Make the necessary changes. The steps to edit the schedule are similar to those described in Creating a schedule.
- Click Save.
- Go to Voice Bots → Schedule. A page with a list of previously created schedules of call jobs will open.
- Hover your cursor over the desired schedule.
- Сlick on
in the schedule bar on the right.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button. The selected timetable will be deleted.
