Call task templates allow you to:
- Perform client calls using a voice bot in external CRM systems.
- Create tasks for calling quickly: you only need to specify the name of the task, and all other parameters will be automatically taken from the template.
Templates are managed in personal account in the Voice bots section on the Task templates tab.
Here you can:
- Create new call task templates.
- Create call tasks using a template.
- Edit previously created templates.
- Delete templates that are no longer needed.
- Go to the Voice bots section of personal account.
- Click the Task Templates tab.
- Click Create task Template or
in the upper right corner. The Create a task template window will open.

The default template is used to launch single outbound calls through the API. The user configures the template that calls are made on and then launches them using the appropriate method.
The default template is set both when creating a new template and when editing the current template. The editing process is described below. The steps for creating a template are the same.

- Hover over the desired template and click on
to the right of the name. This will open the Editing a task templatee window with the template parameters.
- Enable the The default template switch.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window. The template will be marked with
in the By default column on the template list page.
Only one default template remains active. If you select more than one, the last one will remain active.
