To receive incoming calls from clients, you need to add and configure a number to handle incoming calls.
- Go to personal account.
- Add a service provider by submitting a request to technical support.
- Go to the Bots section.
- Create a bot that will answer incoming calls.
- Click the Calling tab.
- Enable the Direct incoming calls switch.
- In the Bot field, from the drop-down list, select the script that was previously created.
- Click Save.
Generate the incoming calls report.
