A call can be started manually or automatically at a specified time. The task start mode is defined when creating a call task.
If you selected the Manually task start mode when creating a call task, follow these steps:
- Go to the Voice bots section.
- Select the call task you want to start.
- In the task line, click

If you selected the task start mode At the specified time when creating a call task, the call will start automatically at the time you selected in the task.
- In the Voice bots section, click on the call task line. The Calling task for calling page will open.
- Click the Pause button in the page header.
- To continue a paused call, click the Continue Calling button.
- In the Voice bots section, click on the call task row. The Calling task for calling page will open.
- Click the Cancel call button in the page header.
- In the pop-up window, confirm canceling the call. The call will be stopped.
It is not possible to resume the call after canceling.

- From the drop-down list, select the calls you want to restart:
- Failed calls.
- Calls with error.
