Set up a scenario in which the bot automatically skips the clarifying question if the user has already given the answer earlier.
Add a block Result.
Select the type of action Without action.
Go to the Variables section.:
3.1. In the Name field, enter the name variable.
3.2. Leave the Value field empty.
Install the blocks Question and Condition
Connect the block blocks with the arrow.
Specify the arrows in the parameters:
7 Add a new block Question.
8. Enter the text of the question, for example: What is your name?.
9. Add the Information block.
10. Swipe out of the block Question in the block Information arrow.
11. Specify the arrow in the parameters:
- **Output data type**: NLU.
- **Agent**: Select any created agent.
- **Intent**: Select **Any intent** and **Not recognized**.
Connect the unit Condition with a block Question.
Select the arrow type in the settings By default.
Swipe the second arrow from the block Condition in the Information block.
Specify the arrows in the parameters:
name != (the value is not empty).Click Save
