The Result statuses tab is designed for centralized management of dialogue statuses. These statuses are not tied to a specific bot and are available for all scenarios in the account.
Using statuses helps to:
- Track interaction stages with users, simplifying their analysis in reports.
- Automate dialogue analytics, making it easier to monitor their outcomes.
- Structure scenario logic based on dialogue statuses.
- Optimize reporting by distinguishing between successful and unsuccessful interactions.
Add a status to the directory for use in any scenario, so you don’t have to manually enter values in each Result block, but instead select them from a list.
- Go to Bot Scenarios → Result statuses.
- Click the Create Status button or
in the top left corner.
- Enter the Status Name – a custom name that will be displayed in the account.
- Specify the Status Code – a unique identifier that will be used in reports.
- Enable the Effective Dialogue toggle to mark this status as a successful interaction in analytics. This helps distinguish between effective and ineffective interactions in reports, simplifying analysis and scenario adjustments.
- Click Save.
- Go to Bot Scenarios → Result statuses.
- Click
. The status editing window will open.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
- Go to Bot Scenarios → Result Statuses.
- Click
in the row of the status you want to delete.
- Click Delete. The status will be removed from the list and will no longer be available in scenarios.
