The method described below is not a mailing tool. It is not possible to do mass emailing on the TWIN platform.
- Go to personal account.
- Go to the Bots section.
- Select the desired script or create a new.
- Set the Result block in the script.
- Select Send email in the Action field.
- Specify the email to which the dialog result will be sent in the Email section. If necessary, specify multiple recipients separated by commas and spaces, for example: test@mail.com, test1@mail.com, test3@mail.com.
Variables cannot be used in the Email field.
- Fill in the Subject field, for example: Call result.
- Enable Send transcription to receive the full text of the dialog with the customer.
- Fill in the Text field. If necessary, specify variables in the field that are needed to collect the information. Example: Customer
{name} took a survey. The {name} variable is used here because the bot specifies the client's name at the beginning of the dialog.
When the script reaches the Result block, a message will be automatically sent to the specified mailbox.
If the email does not appear in your Inbox - check your Spam folder.
