Go to the section Bot Scripts personal account.
Open the desired script in the editor. If you don't have a script.
Install the Information block.
Pull the arrow from the Information block into the block Question.
Set the following parameters in the arrow from the block Question:
In the block Information from the block Question specify the name of the variable in curly brackets.
Save the script.
In this way, you can extract and save customer names from their spoken phrases for later use in dialogues.
