This section will help you get started with NLU and get acquainted with its capabilities. With this article, you:
- Create your first NLU agent.
- Add intents and entities.
- Train the agent.
- Integrate the agent into the bot.
¶ 1. Creating an NLU agent
- Go to the NLU Editor section.
- Click Create Agent or
in the upper left corner. The settings window opens. - Name: Financing.
- Description: Issuance of loans and installments.
- Text processing: Lemma.
- Training configuration: v1_ru.
- Leave the other settings unchanged.
- Click Save.
¶ 2. Adding intentions

Click on the previously created agent.

Click Create Intent or
in the upper left corner. -
Set the intent parameters in the window that opens:
- Name: Credit.
- Description: Intention to apply for a loan.

Click Save.

Click
in the upper left corner to create another intent.- Name: Installment.
- Description: Intention to arrange an installment plan.

Click Save.
¶ 3. Adding phrases in intent

Click on the intent Credit.

Enter phrases in the search box and click Add:
- for how long can I take out a loan;
- at what percentage do you issue consumer loans;
- what will be the monthly payment.

Click Close.

Click on the intent Installment Plan.

Enter phrases in the search box and click Add:
- I want to take an interest-free loan for three months;
- I want to arrange an installment plan.

Click Close.

Click Train in the upper right corner.
¶ 4. Adding entities
- Go to the Entities tab.
- Click Create Entity or in the upper left corner.
- Entity name: Type of loan.
- Description: Credit and installments.
- Click Save.
- Click in the upper left corner to add another entity.
- Entity name: Percentages.
- Description: The interest rate on the loan.
- Click Save.
- Add a new entity by clicking on in the upper left corner.
- Entity name: Term.
- Description: Loan terms and installments.
- Click Save.
- Add another entity by clicking on .
- Entity Name: Monthly payment.
- Description: The amount of monthly payments on the loan and installments.
- Click Save.
¶ 5. Checking phrases
- Enter the phrase in the input field at the bottom of the page for testing in the database of intentions and entities: I want to get an interest-free loan. How much do you give out?
- Press Enter on the keyboard.
¶ 6. Integrating an NLU agent into a bot script

Go to personal account TWIN. The section Bot Scripts opens.

Press the button Create a script or
in the upper left corner. -
Name: Issuance of loans and installments.

Drag from the block panel
(block Result) to the workspace. -
Connect the blocks with an arrow. To do this , select the starting block and pull

Pinch
(block Info) under the starting block and pull on it. -
Signature: Greeting.

Leave the other settings unchanged.

Pull the Information block out of the block Question. To do this, pinch and drag it.

Pull out of the block Question two blocks Information.

Configure the block Information:
- First block:

Signature: Installment.
- Message: Installments from TWIN Bank is a great opportunity to get a loan without interest for 3 months. The loan amount is divided into 3 parts, which makes it affordable.- The second block:
- Signature: Credit.
- Message: TWIN Bank issues a loan for 6 and 12 months at 10%. Contact a bank branch to calculate monthly payments.
- The second block:
- Click on the branch leading to the Installment block.
- Output data type: NLU.
- Agent: Financing.
- In the Intentions block, click
. - Select intent Installment.
- Click on the branch leading to the Credit block.
- Output data type: NLU.
- Agent: Financing.
- In the Intentions block, click .
- Select intent Credit.
- Click Save in the upper left corner to save the bot.
¶ 7. Testing the bot
- Click the icon Check the script in the upper right corner. The bot testing window will open.
- Click
to start the dialog in text mode. - Send the bot a message: Hello. I want to take an interest-free loan, do you have such?
- The bot will answer: Installments from TWIN Bank is a great opportunity to get a loan without interest for 3 months. The loan amount is divided into 3 parts, which makes it affordable.
