When you add a phone number to the blacklist, the system will no longer be able to communicate with the customer associated with that number—outgoing calls to that number will be automatically canceled.
- Go to the Voice Bots -> Client exceptions section.
- Click the
(Add to Blacklist) button.
- In the window that opens, enter phone numbers in international format.
- Click the Save button. The numbers will be added to the blacklist.
Please note that it is not individual numbers that are added to the blacklist, but the clients associated with those numbers. If multiple numbers are linked to the same client, all of them will be added to the blacklist when one of the numbers is added.
- Go to the Voice Bots -> Client exceptions section.
- Find the number you want in the list. You can use the search bar if necessary.
- Click the
button next to the number you want to remove.
- Confirm the deletion. The number will be removed from the blacklist.
