Sometimes, it may be useful for the client to choose from several categories of possible responses. To do this, you can divide the quick reply buttons into groups. First, the client selects a group, and then they click a quick reply button to answer the bot's question.
For example, a client wants to purchase an expensive product but cannot pay for it immediately. The bank offers various financial products, including loans, mortgages, and installments. First, the client selects the "Installments" group. Then, they are offered quick reply buttons with conditions, terms, and other parameters. This allows the client to quickly get the necessary information and choose the most suitable option.
