¶ Preparatory Steps

Go to personal account.

Go to Chat Bots → Settings. A page with a list of all chatbots will open.

Hover over the line of the desired chat.

Click on the
icon that appears. The page with chat settings will open.
¶ Adding icons

Click the Change button or the circle below the Operator / Bot / The icon of the chat button. The edit form will open.

Select the file in one of two ways:
- Tap in the download area and select a file on your device.
- Locate the file on your device and drag it to the download area.
The file you upload must be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format and not exceed 10MB in size.

Customize the icon: scale and move the highlighted area to be displayed in the chat.

Click Save. The icon will appear in the widget demo.
¶ Adjust the color of the widget elements

Click on the color and dropper bar under Elements Color.

Select a color using one of two methods:
- Move the horizontal slider and move the circle over the color area to adjust brightness and saturation.
- Enter a six-digit HEX color code without a hashtag, such as FF0000 for red or 0000FF for blue.

Click Done to save your selection. The color of the items in the widget demo will change.
After making the necessary changes, click Save in the upper right corner.
