This type of report contains complete information about dialogs with the bot.
To generate the report, perform the following steps:
Go to the personal account.
Go to the Chat bots → Settings section. A page with a list of all chatbots will open.
Click on the line with the desired chat. The Dialogs for chat page will open with all dialogs of the selected chat.
(Optional) Configure filtering options in the page header:
On the left side of the messenger box, from the drop-down list, select the messenger whose dialogues report you want to download. By default, All messengers is selected.
In the field with calendar, specify the time period for which you want to upload the report. By default, the period from the first day of the current month to today is set.
In the field with dialogues, from the drop-down list, select the type of dialogues for which you want to upload the report. By default, All dialogs is selected.
Select the No Answer checkbox if you want to see the dialogues where the last message was sent by the client.
From the drop-down list, select the type of report you want to upload. The type of report determines which information fields will be present in the report. There are the following types of reports:
All sessions — a report with detailed information on all chat sessions.
All sessions with markers — a report with information on chat sessions that use markers in their scripts.
All sessions with custom results — report with information on chat sessions, in which scenarios own variables are used. Read more about customizing and uploading the report in the article Exporting chat report with arbitrary results.
Chat sessions (billing format) — report with detailed information on billing for all connected channels.
Chat sessions with operator metric — A report with information on chat sessions with operator metrics such as operator response time, CSI, FCR, etc.
Productivity — report with information about productivity of chat sessions with the number of operator and client messages, maximum and average response time, etc.

| Maximum time of an operator answer | The maximum time out of all chats it took the operator to respond to the customer. |
| Average time of an operator answer | The average time from all chats it took the operator to respond to the customer. |
Source — report with information about dialogs with the customer.
Web pages — a report with information on web pages where the customer came from.
Popular phrases — a report with information that allows you to track the most popular phrases of the client.
User phrases — a report with information that allows you to track the positions of certain phrases in the dialog.
(Optional) Check the With first message from bot checkbox to unload even those dialogs that had only the first message from the bot.
(Optional) Check the Show timestamps checkbox. When enabled, the Dialog column will display the date and time of the messages.
Click Download in the notification to download the generated report to your computer.
All generated reports appear in the Reports section of your personal account. To download them to your computer, click on
in the line of the required report.
