Exception phrases are special phrases that are used to filter and analyse data in chats. This is a list of 50 most frequently occurring user phrases. They help to analyse data and identify trends in users' communication with the bot. This allows you to improve the quality of client service and increase the bot's efficiency.

The list of phrases is available in personal account, in the Chat bots → Exception phrases section. You can view popular phrases and the frequency of their use on the Chats popular user phrases chart in the Admin → Charts → Chats section.
To remove a phrase from the chart, you should switch the toggle switch to the inactive position in the Exception Phrases section. To return the phrase to the chart — activate the switch. You can also exclude a phrase from the chart by clicking on
in the line with the phrase. However, this phrase will return back to the chart when the page is reloaded.
