The Finances → Invoices section displays a list of monthly invoices to pay for the use of TWIN platform services. Invoices are automatically generated by the system at the end of each month.
To search for a bill by number (ID), enter it completely in the search field. The search results are displayed automatically. To reset the search, you must manually delete the value from the search field.
In the period field, you can set a period to filter invoices by date. To do this, click on the start or end date of the period. Once clicked, a calendar will be displayed to select the date. After selecting the start date of the period, it will switch to selecting the end date of the period. After selecting the end date of the period, the date selection calendar will close.
By default, the period for the current month is displayed.
Accounts can be sorted by account number: ascending or descending, as well as by creation date: from later to earlier and vice versa.
By default, invoices are sorted by creation date: from later to earlier - recently generated invoices are displayed at the top.
To copy an account ID, move the cursor over the account row and click on the ID icon that appears in the Number column.
The ID will then be copied to the clipboard on your computer.
To download an invoice, hover over the invoice line and click on the download icon that appears in the column.
After that, the PDF invoice will be downloaded to your device, you will be able to open and view it and pay for it later. The file contains details of the supplier and buyer, as well as detailed information on expenses for the month.
